Shipping Information

We ship 3 times per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Shipping options and prices are proposed during the checkout process once the shipping destination is defined by the pull down menu.

Canadian destination: All orders are shipped using Canada Post and all proposed services include a tracking# that will be provided when the order will be prepare for shipment. Normal transit time is ~2-5 business days using Expedited Parcel for Quebec and Ontario destinations and ~4-8 business days for western part of the country. Xpresspost service is also provided, on average it will reduce shipping time by 50%. Please note this is only an estimate. Holidays perido will lead to longer transit time and unexpected delay by Canada Post could occur on a very rare basis.

United States destination: All orders are shipped using USPS. Based on the shipping service you choose tracking information will be provided when it will become available. Normal transit time is 5-12 business days. All orders above 2 pounds are shipped with Priority Parcel service and it includes a tracking information by default.
